We're delighted to announce, just weeks before this years Olympic games Rowing, we have planned a Rowing Masterclass hosted by Sir Steve Redgrave at Dorney Lake.
Sir Steve Redgrave, Britain's greatest ever Olympian, won 5 gold medals at 5 consecutive Olympic Games, will spend the day offering advice on the technique to rowing and coaching the budding rowers when they get out on the water putting it into practice.
It is a great opportunity to meet like-minded sportspeople who are living with type 1 diabetes and have a fun and rewarding day out.
You will have an opportunity during the day to visit an exhibition area where you can ask all the questions you had around exercising with diabetes, speak to a personal trainer and osteopath to gain tips and advise.
The Event includes a BBQ and refreshment.
